Beef lentil bowls with roasted garlic sauce

Makes 6 meal preps

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
680g baby gold potates
1 bag of central market Barley lentils and split peas.
2 bulbs garlic
1 cup light mayo
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt

Seasonings
salt
onion powder
garlic powder
smoked paprika

Instructions
1️⃣ Pre heat oven to 420F. Cut your baby gold potatoes into fourths. Put them on a pan with oil drizle on top and sprinkle salt mix it up and let those cook for 40 minutes.
3️⃣Cut the tops off your garlic bulbs and wrap in foil with a drizzle of oil over the top of the garlic. Throw in the oven with potatoes.
2️⃣Add your ground beef to a bowl and season it with 1 tbsp salt, 1tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder and 1 tbsp smoked paprika. Cook in a skillet until done.
3️⃣Boil water and cook your lentils should take 10-12 minutes.
4️⃣Make the sauce by adding into a blender your roasted garlic, light mayo, lemon juice, and olive oil.
5️⃣ evenly distribute to 6 meal prep containers.
